- Defined B2B2C sales funnel and metrics, identifying key bottlenecks and growth initiatives that resulted in a strategic product roadmap
- Mapped customer journey for B2C and managed backlog with a problem-focused, data-driven approach that was aligned with company and team OKRs
- Showed leadership in establishing a cross-functional unit collaboration (Product, UX, Tech) and managed various stakeholders from operations, sales, and marketing
- Co-managed the creation of a comprehensive product vision and product definition covering all aspects of the product, including compliance with German law
- Initiated a hands-on product discovery strategy serving a radical user-centricity

- Push and SMS notification service for card transactions, over 2M users:
- Scaled from the pilot, led the launch of new features, increased audience x4
- Conducted UX research to renew product vision and avoid losing PMF in a fast-changing environment
- Launched first in Russia notifications service via Telegram Messenger for significant reduction of SMS costs
- Product discovery, development, delivery, backlog prioritization, tech debt management, and bug rate controlling
- Fiscal-Banking integration (data collection, processing and enrichment of fiscal receipts for banking, 600k+ users):
- Led development of MVP, achieved PMF, scaled the cross-platform product

- Launched the new customer web portal and native iOS/Android apps with e-government integrations
- Increased the accuracy and quality of user data x11 without increasing costs
- Achieved over 70% of pension enrolments in brand-new digital channels, resulting in significant cost reduction
- Launched a new digital pension plan in an extremely limited time frame of 1 month
YouDrive, Moscow — Chief Marketing Officer
YouDrive (now — CityDrive) is a mobility startup in Russia. It was the second carsharing to launch in Moscow in 2015
